Grief Support and Growth Coaching

Grief affects everyone’s life in some way, and learning to navigate it in the different ways it affects us can be challenging. Our experience with grief changes who we are. We are not the same person we were before our grief, but in time, we learn how to live with the changes it brings and find comfort in our new existence.

I’ve learned that healing isn’t about getting over grief - it’s about moving forward with it.

Grief is Love

It’s the reflection of all the love we still hold for those who have died, as well as the love we long to share but never had the chance to. Every person’s grief is valid and unique, and healing begins with connection and the simple act of being heard.

Communicate your emotions with clarity & confidence

Create meaningful shifts that help you reconnect to what matters most

Build the courage to love, embrace, and find meaning for the days ahead

  • The pain and exhaustion of grief can leave you feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. You may feel vulnerable and question your past and future. The relationships with others that once felt rock steady may now feel distant. Quiet.

  • If you are newly grieving or years beyond a loss, yet still feeling its weight, coaching is a conversation that meets you where you are and helps you move gently towards where you’d like to be.
As you navigate significant changes—whether the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of health, or a shift in identity—remember that no story is too small, and no grief is the same.

  • Honest conversation and the courage to discuss your grief experience in a comfortable space will help build resilience and foster growth. Coaching allows you to express your true feelings, including the negative ones we often hesitate to share. This honest dialogue will give you time to reflect and build practical tools to navigate with steadiness and grace. Together, we will help you find balance.

Let's Start with a Conversation

Grief has a way of touching everything - our relationships, our confidence, and our well-being. I found coaching during my journey with grief. My Dad died when I was in my twenties and a new mom. Learning to balance joy alongside all my sadness was difficult. Recently, I experienced grieving for my Mom long before she died while taking care of her. All experiences of grief are unique, and each time, I’ve had to learn new tools to help me move forward. I worked with other grief coaches and therapists to guide me towards a healthy relationship with my grief.

I am a Children’s Grief Facilitator at Friends Way, Rhode Island’s only bereavement center dedicated to serving children, teens, and their families. A graduate of Providence College, I am also a Certified Life Coach and a Grief Recovery Method Specialist.
